i didn't aquire him to look at him, and i didn't resign him cuz i had nothing better to do with the money. not saying he was our lock to be our starting QB in 2011, but we'll see just how important accuracy is in this game.

btw, unless it's for a minor deal, don't look for the Heroes to provide the league with sexy blockbuster trades. for the next 2 seasons i'm placing a moratorium on trading picks from the 1st 3 rounds. i have nothing to show for my Gilpin/Colella deals. yeah, i made a name for myself rather quickly in this league, but end result is i'm back where i started. so, rather than move picks i'm gonna keep them, at least for the next 2 seasons.

ROFL, thats your hope for this season? The good news is, you will have a top 5 draft pick next year to get a real quarterback. Mabe you will pay him this time.

We didn't do much in FA. Lost out on some nice players but I wasn't willing to pay that much. Bryant looks like a nice pickup...I hope he can pass rush. We got Bartel which im real happy about, always admired what he did for the Matadors. Expect the fb to become more of a focal point. Also flirting around with going back to the 3-4.

We'll have to wait on that one.

TE Strong and WR Scharf available to contendors. They wanna make one last run at it.

I feel ya. Not only was it a weak ass free agency class, but my goal of at least starting to rebuild my offensive line was a complete failure. The good news is the draft is really strong this year and should make up for the FA.

My problem is I don't have a 1st round draft pick. Usually in the past when I don't have one I trade up for one, but I don't think I will be doing that this time. We'll see if I get caught up in the draft fever like I usually do, but I just don't have much to give away.
