Week 17 Discussion

RB Brian Dixon wins his first ever league rushing title, by almost 300 yards. Dixon is the man in Little Rock. Definetly unexpected with what I would consider the weakest offensive line he has ever had in front of him. Also the most inconsistent line, with constant injuries and changes in the lineup.

28 degrees and snowing in Little Rock. Must have been weather special ordered for Oakland coming to town.

We pretty much hand Iowa the game, this was easily a game we should have won. We aren't a playoff team anyway and pretty banged up. Iowa can probably go farther than we could so good luck to them.

We played hot and cold this year we add a few pieces next year and we could be back in the playoffs.

I'm glad this season is over for us. It has been the most frustrating season in my MP career. Time to re-load for next year

Sucky game for me, but hey I won the division so that's a positive I suppose.

Warhammer ...

A great game ... a win for us would have been a treat, but your team prevailed, as it should have, against a team without its index "finger" on its hand.

Also, congrats on your well deserved & first ever division championship ... I look forward to a long and exciting rivalry to emerge for many a good game to come ... perhaps again this year ... which would be sweet indeed.

The ex-Hartford QB, Mulcahy played his heart out for us and Hickman was oustanding for you. Have a nice week off.

Congrats to Murfreesboro and California. Despite not making the playoffs, both franchises end the season with a winning record for their first time ever.

Well, lost the division title in overtime, but at this point, I really don't care. I made the playoffs and came out squeaky clean in the injury dept! Looking at the matchups, both Lansing and LR are tough teams so aside from the division title and bragging rights, I really lost nothing today.

I have a "special" game plan for you Cring.....lets play some football!

Congratulations to all the playoff teams, you've all had great seasons. And to Eckman and HA who really exceeded expectations. Also to Warhammer for finaly breaking thru and winning that division. Biggles has flown under the radar a little thanks to Jeff & Jesters seasons but he put together a hell of a season too.

For those who fell short, dont worry, the offseason is coming up and all skanky whores become clean and whispy virgins again with the resetting of seasons.
