always nice to get a win...considering the start to the year in Wichita ending up 6-10 isnt too bad...only downside is it hurt my draft slot. instead of being 5 or 6 in now in the 10-11 range.

the Matadors looked like they were playing to lose today. a lot of stink came out of their brand of football.

Heroes finished with the best record in their IFL existence. have never finised better than 3rd in the division and this year we were #2 and stopped the Seals from going 10-0. a lot of guys on this team had some amazing years, and our record reflected that. i'm happy with this season.

Phantoms have now won what I think is an IFL best ever 12 straight and 16 straight at home... welcome to Broke As Fuck Field NC post-season rivals. :twisted:

Vipers have 17 straight wins from 2008 through the playoffs and into 2009.

The home streak, however, is very impressive.

No longer will we have to listen about who has the hottest team and stuff and such as the Mules went to St. Louis and stopped the Cardinals 9 game winning streak. lol


In all seriousness 2009 was the Murfreesboro's first winning season. The Mules +24 TO ratio was a bit misleading as a great number of them were really far downfield INTs with no return yards making them the equivlent of a punt as far as field position goes. Still probably the worst record ever for a team that was +20 in TOs.

[ifl]Cavazos[/ifl] goes 18-21 for 192 and 2 TD's (with another rushing) and [ifl]Rodrigez[/ifl] rushes for 198 to push the Power over Lansing! Cavazos might be the QB of the Power in a couple years.

We only sat 5 players to keep them healthy, and one of them gets hurt. Inconceivable! Woods plays 17 plays and ends up with a deep thigh bruise.

Congrats to all the playoff teams, and all the moral victories!

Little known fact to anyone but me and Beans: Steve Beans is 0 for every-time-I-could've-used-his-victory including, obviously, the 2 games against you this season. And since I'm now going to stop guaranteeing a Houston loss every time I request a win by making said request, this streak will never be broken.

No more taking the first rounder from any team I play the next year. That guarantees me at least one loss, and possibly two if they're in my division.
