Wiedeman is probably not as anxious as he was before.

Mules never got going, even the late TD was just too little way too late.

Not pleased with this game at all.

FWIW I am not too happy with this either.
3-10-STL41 (13:16) MUR 5 Peterson pass was dropped by 88 Walton.

    Penalty: STL - Face Mask.

    &Offense: Punt Formation.

    4-05-STL36 (13:07) MUR 10 Gepner punted 36 yards from the STL36. Touchback.

Should have been an auto first down for the facemask.

Came on the third drive, first two were negated after penalties nullified successful Peterson third down conversions.

Looks like the Cardinals brought their home cookin' with them this game.

Not every break went the Cardinals way, just all the little things. Injured guys able to stay in the game, ve Mangum being out on a KR that he did not handle, of course there was no flag on the obvious Cardinal unnecessary roughness there - stinkin' IFL and their bought and paid for refs!

At work and would appreciate a Mule injury update. Can't wait too see it :?

That penalty appears to be a 5 yard incidental.

Mangum is your only guy OUT for 7 weeks.

No. He obviously grabbed Waltons facemask forcing the drop. They refs were more concerned with waltons feet being in bounds and not watching those Cardinal goons in action up high. lol

Mangum yeah that would be about right - uugh. Back for the playoffs huh

Wawaweewa! Came back from a 24-7 deficit and won by a final score of 27-24. [ifl]Terrance Greeley[/ifl]'s shit is red hot. The starting fullback reeled off a couple of good runs, the top one being 75 yards. ANC played good enough in the first half to win the game, but shot themselves in the foot big time on this drive in the 2nd half.

                Code:
                   Possession to Anchorage.

1-10-ANC40 (00:08) ANC 31 Richardson ran around left end for 4 yards.
                   Tackled by POR 91 Davis.

                   Beginning of Fourth Quarter.

                   2-06-ANC44 (15:00) Penalty: ANC - False Start.

2-11-ANC39 (14:54) ANC 7 Steiner pass completed to 14 Hackworth for 50 yards.
                   Tackled by POR 22 Klotz.
                   --
1-10-POR11 (14:17) ANC 31 Richardson ran around the left tackle for 3 yards.
                   Tackled by POR 58 Munoz.
                   Penalty: POR - Offsides.

1-05-POR06 (14:08) ANC 31 Richardson ran around left end for 4 yards.
Tackled by POR 22 Klotz, assisted by POR 74 Blake.

2-01-POR02 (13:25) ANC 31 Richardson ran around left end for -1 yards.
Tackled by POR 74 Blake, assisted by POR 30 Gallant.

3-02-POR03 (12:42) ANC 44 Rambo ran a trap outside the right tackle for -3 yards.
                   Tackled by POR 27 Montiel.

4-05-POR06 (12:18) ANC 13 Mintz attempted a 23 yard field goal and it was blocked by POR 51 Bodnar.
POR 92 Adamov recovered the ball at the POR18.
The game was tied at that point. After the block, Greeley reeled off his 75-yarder and we got the winning field goal.

Very impressed with Greeley and my rookie runningback [ifl]Kerry Glenn[/ifl] this game and this season in general. The AC West Division is all but wrapped up now as I've got a couple of patsies coming up on my schedule...

Johnnie Basille continues to be a thorn in my side for overanalyzing that draft as he gets a miraculous 4 sacks to get player of the week and outshadow Eldon Munford's 3 sacks.

Funny thing is the age difference is the factor that made me change my mind on who to pick at a rediculously late hour (or early in the morning) and now Galles' career is over due to injury so the fact that Basille is 29 in his 4th season is now moot.

Phantoms now 2nd in the league in pts scored and are 2nd in pts given up! (1 single point away in both circumstances)

i didn't want to say it, but if you would have done some scouting on Jeff's gameplan you'd see he runs the ball 90% of the time on first down. it's really insane how much he runs the ball for 1st down. plus, where some teams will run a little bit in the redzone the Seals tend to pass a lot. those 2 things, among 2 other trends i found, allowed the Heroes to not only win our matchup against the Seals but hold them to 10 points. :shoot:

You know, I did beat you in Week 1. The only reason I lost to you is because the game just decided that you had to win. I'm 99.9% sure of that.

If you're going to be bad, might as well go all the way and get the 1st pick. I just can't figure your team out though...
