Encryption? How would that be different from versions past? We knew there was a risk going ahead with the DB when we did, but we also knew it would be awhile before we updated.

The old files weren't encrypted.. they were stored in binary files but "open".. he says that in 2007, the files have been encrypted.. i.e. scrambled.. like

if the old version had this stored.

This is something I'm not sure if it would be a bad thing to get away from. I enjoy that part of it, but I was looking at some things the other day and it looks like we are having some rating inflation.

The gameplanning pages are a HUGE upgrade from what we have. You will be able to put together much more detailed game plans together now.

Also, you can save your defensive and offensive game plans separately!

That'd be news to me. If I remember right, everyone always believed that TCY classes were worse.

The thing that irks me most about TCY classes is players' ages. Simply put, guys are too old in general. I was thinking about asking roadrash and MrB if they could maybe do some analysis of the ages of guys coming out of the 2005-2008 draft classes. 2004 was not a TCY class.
