Week 4


"The Prophet Rebukes You"

The Prophet returns against Dabrowa's Demons and it takes all we've got to outlast the great satan. Daryl 'Dixon' Wiggins
keeps us grounded as the Prophet fights off the rust to keep pace with a Demons offense that was clicking on all cylinders early on.

After falling behind 17-3, I feared the blowout and a season of BOSS riding the horsies on this forum; Well SS Alex Inskeep and his BFF, CB Ray Olive [FA/LRK] both turn in

good days at the office and make Madison QB J.T. George look 'off' forcing him into 2 momentum changing INTs--Inskeep's grab and return got the score to 17-10, while Olive's nab came on a key 3rd down after we tied the game.


We get to the bye at 3-1 but we're banged up badly @ the DE position with new-hire DE Paul Lake out most of the season AND rookie Pepper O'Bryan an IR candidate.

"53 Naked Sheep Detained For Questioning"

The Horses were manhandled as the Wolkpack shutdown any and everything we wanted to do. I expected a loss but wanted to at least let Argot know that we're gaining on him---pfffffft, so much for that.

Losing SS Inskeep is HUGE as RED is the MOST important player in the Red Sky Defense

Dakota definitely hoped to catch us slipping as the Spirit came in running the football way more than film study indicated--odd considering how untalented a football team I have according to the gm of the Spirit.

Nonetheless, we stay true to who we are and The Prophet goes 'messiah' by not only outplaying the much higher-rated QB 'whatsherface' MountedTheMayor, but by leading a game-winning drive in their house with 13 seconds left in regulation...

This one was sweet

"Lions Trampled"

If your team is rated higher than mine, I'm going to check it's toughness with my ground game and let the Red Sky do the rest. We gave up a lot of passing yards after forcing Penn out of their run game -- concerned about that, but a win is a win.

FWIW regarding your offensive screenie which is awesome along with it's defensive counterpart: A TE can't be in the backfield or he's just T and no longer an E (EMOL) at that point.

It was actually the only place I could put the TE on the illustration.


I got 3 games to update, PIMA with all the graphics however seeing that you stopped by and actually read the post makes it somewhat worth it.

Well I ran out of steam, but it doesn't look like this team has just yet. I thought this week's matchup was my waterloo but we're moving on to play Georgia!
Both team do what they do well and I think the home-field advantage is going to make it very hard to pull this one off.

I'm rep'ing my division now...we need all the positive energy you guys got to give this week
