2020 Training Camp Done

dang - not a good camp for the Whales. No booms and both my 3rd rounders lost 3-5 potential so looks like they are heading to a whopping 40/40 or so. Well, at least it makes getting down to 60 easy.

Moved FS Whiting to Cb and the move is going to work out well. Pretty much went as expected, except for CB MAllow getting hit with the volatility sticvk. Damn!

Can anyone explain my RB Humphries who boomed in his first camp and all last season but dropped future while maxing out current this camp? Will he start to creep again as was his usual?

I think he'll start to creep again. I feel I've seen it before.

QB Troutman lost 4 future rating points after creeping all last year. I think he will move back up in future ratings as well.

My Safety, Dwayne Hernandez, had potential of 34 and wasn't maxed out or anything as a rookie. I got him in the 2nd round. He's now 69/69 through constant "+6's".

That's the creepers we're looking for.

I'm not happy with a team full of 36's but I'm happy with a team of players who start there and end up 20+ higher.

Since the latest patch, the old formula of "Guys having the same camp movement every year" seems to be gone. I think that the ratings still end up at the same numbers, you just can't always expect the same movement every year.

those QBs don't have a bad sense rush, they just stand tall in the pocket and are willing to take the hit to make the play. Or something like that.

Jesus that cracked me up. I just think its funny he links theories and formulas to show Myers will only be like a 44/44 when he fully matures and those exact same theories and formulas from FOFC say his Tyler will cap out around 32/32. I guess that shit is a one way street and only against people he wants it to be against.

I drafted a super combine guy in the RNFL once. This guy lasted until the 2nd round where I snabbed him up. Good ol Frankie Germany.


I don't have his combines on this computer, but I recall a lot of red combines. I still think that combine scores should stay on the player cards, but that's another discussion......
the problem with him was his bars. He was very much like Tyler.
He maxed out his ratings by yr 2 and was somewhere around 31/31. He may have hit a volitility stick in yr 2 or 3, but he never progressed like i was hoping he would. Long story short......it's a crap shoot!!!
