Fresno is in a tough spot on this one. Previous owners had revolving doors on the specialty players, and then I traded Mulligan to the Mules. I would say the Fresno player would have to be Mulligan or Schwartz.

Pretty sad really. But Schwartz is signed for like another 5 years so I guess I would have to go with him. Now get the Warthogs into the POs Albert.

Romo is one player. The majority of the team started using EAS products right before they won the 2. Elway, T.Davis, Sharpe, Romo all had EAS hats on during interviews despite how awful and out of place they looked.

Almost all of the NFL teams started using EAS right before the Broncos won the superbowl. Like I said it begain in San Fran. earlier (because it was developed at Berkley). The only reason the Broncos get extra attention is that because the Company was HQ'd in Colo--so they decided to capitalize on the Broncos success in 1996/7 for advertising. The only scientific study I kow of, Bamberger, 1998, wrote that...
"but numbers suggest now that approximately 50% of all NFL players use creatine...the San Francisco 49er's, have an estimated three quarters of the team using creatine, while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers strength coach will not allow creatine in the Bucs' locker room". He does not mention the Broncos, but it's probably safe to assume it was somewhere between 50 and 75%.

So, I'm saying that your assertion that the Broncos/Elway won 2 superbowls because their players were using EAS (basically creatine) is completely without merit.

I'd have to say Willie Ames for Boston/Chicago for now.

Webb/Fogarty/Sante also are in the discussion. Haven't really had that player yet.

I'd have to say Timmerman or Booker for me. I think the Booker thing would depend on how you guys remember him. I obviously remember him more in HOU, but many in the NC could have more memories of him against their teams while with SLC.

Phil Miller is also getting up there, but I gotta go with the HoF'er, Timm.

Even though he's going to be the all-time sack leader, and a beast, for some reason I don't feel he puts the same fear as a Louie Maldonado did when facing him. For that reason I don't know if people realize how great of a career he actually is having.

Maybe it's because we never make any real noise in the win column so I feel like some of the talent isn't noticed.
