Hey if people don't mind speeding up the schedule this year i'm all for it too. I'd like to have kickoff a week sooner

I rather like pre-season because of the lack of pressure to win. It's the only time of year to try out new things/players and the only time other than injury to get a look at our non-starting QBs. That being said I don't mind speeding it up but I would like to set a separate gameplan for each game. Midweeks don't seem important at all.

Turn off injuries and you can run all the preseason games in one day for all I care. But if injuries are on then no way. EVERY SINGLE YEAR at least 2-3 of my players get 2-5 week injuries in pre-season and I need time to inactive them so they don't get seriously injured.

I agree with getting though pre-season quicker but not at the cost of
realism. Injurys happen in the NFL and to good players too. Two Q.B.'s went down last week. So I would be against turning injurys off. I dont think we need midweeks between the games. And games 1 and 2 together is fine.

Any update on this? Are we gonna churn away the next few games and skip the midweeks?

I think it will stay as is. Sui and I have been on different planets and haven't been able to discuss.
So with Argot leaving for sure, Arizing on vacation, unsaid others.........we'll leave as is I suppose.

maybe we'll evaluate better and look to burn through next year.

I like the faster pace and how it is. If we are gonna speed through though we might explore having more 2 game weeks. hahahaha

Please no! We're slowly moving towards a 2 game/week league and there are plenty of those around already. As it is I think half our games are done twice/week now (4 double weeks if I'm correct).

as long as the double week games are not around real life holidays then they don't pose too much of a problem. But I agree the pace of the IFL helps the league not hurts it.
