Evidently it's hurricane season in WV. Turnovers, obviously, are the key. However, if we can hold the Beasts receivers to a reasonable amount of YAC I think we win. I have my doubts. Conditions seem to favor the home and controlled passing teams. We're neither. Good luck everybody.

Battle of the beaten. Orlando or Little Rock get their first win (unless a tie happens of course).
My banner is bigger and prettier and cooler then yours. I choose not to show it so your feelings do not get hurt.

Phantoms haven't lost in 9 months of game time and head undefeated into 1-1 Tulsa territory as underdogs. With all due respect to one of the most talented rosters on the planet (Tulsa) this has erupted a volcano of emotion around 1 Phantom Place. I predict playoff atmosphere in Tulsa on Sunday!!!

Playoff atmosphere indeed. TigerHawkk fans circled this game on the schedule after last seasons loss in the conference championship game. The city of Tulsa is electric this week. Scaloers have been getting thousands of dollars for tickets.

As for the team. We have been out of sorts the 1st 2 weeks. We have been playing very inconsistent. I think the offense is ready, but I need to tweak the defense now. Or I just need to play more consistently. Really, I have no idea what team will show. I might get blown out. Or I might lose in a shoot out. Of course, I might win a close one. I really have no clue.

If we do get blown out I will be hitting this

Vipers have been playing WAY over their head thus far. "Stay focused" has been the message on the practice field this week. The Vipers simply cannot look past the Cardinals, who can put the hurt on you when you least expect the rear-end snake attack of their own .

After the Phantoms took the Mules to task last week, I am looking to see if they are as good as advertised vs Tulsa.

This should be fun. I am rooting for a tie. It would really define how hopeless I am with this team right now.

We'll see how it goes. I don't usually gameplan for the weather. If we stink up the joint, I think I may change that.

uh, wow! where did that offensive performance come from?
The Bulldogs were more than ready for the Ogres in this one. We played them tough just making sure we had a 2 score lead. Hamilton had completed his first 12 passes or something. Burger was simply awesome today. So were my wideouts. I also hate to quit harping, but C.J. Rambo is doing well for us. He's been our best offseason acquisition in a long time. Loving this group right now.

GG lansing. Proceed to beat your division mates up.........as well as mine.

Good game DDT. We played our best game of the year and it took it to beat you. Two missed 42 yard field goals kept you in it, but then that final drive of ours ate a lot of time off the clock. I think that is a big benefit of having Markel and his 16 formations in there and not Harding: Late in a game you can pull crap like that off.

Good luck the rest of the way.
