One more thought. I really did like HA's suggestion about player agents. We might want to explore this some more if it is possible. It has worked well in some OOTP leagues. We have always said that the rationale of players is somewhat flawed passing up guaranteed money for last year inflated salaries. Maybe its time to re-explore that option. I'm just saying. I think we have some members who would enjoy it, as long as they could keep personal opinions or past grievances at bay.

How about a 100%, 120% 130% (or lower) tax on all bonuses. We could have tier system with a top 5 or top 10 in each tier. I don't know just throwing out ideas.

Non-GM who all they do is act as an agent for all players renegotiations and free agency. You would deal directly with them...outside of the game.
