      One downside would be the richest teams get to keep their coaches forever or sign the best rookie coaches then keep them forever.

        I'm in favor of both the staff hiring rule ...I've got to read all of the contract stuff but things sound reasonable so far.

          I like the proposed system because the financial system is so freakin out of whack in this game, there has to be some type of 3rd party involvement to correct some flaws.

          I hate that I can do well for a few seasons, still have lousy attendance, and end up losing any coaches I have to richer teams which makes it even tougher to win. I'd have no problem with the richer teams winning out if the financial's were better, but they're far from good.
