He'll be exposed this upcoming week. Though if he is undefeated by the time I fly out to New Jersey I'll take him out Charles Bronson style for the criminal that he is.

No surprises here. Two holding penalties at the same spot on the field took away certain points. Follow that up with some nice turnovers and by the time the first possession of the 2nd half was over so was the game. Maybe someday we will get a better look at the penalty engine of the game. I would love to know which jackass offensive line player (or other) is the guilty party on these critical holds. That seems to be a pretty important factor in the games (cost me some points) and we arent able to factor for it in our roster decisions.

            poss 1
Wichita: Single-Back formation, strength is left. The defense is in a 43 with nickel personnel and 4-deep zone coverage, keying aggressively on the pass.
3-7-CLE26 (1Q: 05:58) Winston Scott pass completed to WR Jerry Steber for 5 yards. Tackled by DE Terror Caro, assisted by ILB Sedrick Vance. The quarterback threw away from the double coverage. PENALTY: Wichita was called for Offensive Holding.
Wichita: Five-Receiver Spread formation, strength is left. The defense is in a 43 with nickel personnel and 4-deep zone coverage, keying aggressively on the pass. Hinsley is blitzing.
3-17-CLE36 (1Q: 05:52) Winston Scott pass fell incomplete, intended for WR Doug Clemmons. OLB Shawn Hinsley hurried the quarterback into a bad throw.
            4-17-CLE36 (1Q: 05:43) Teddy Blades punted 36 yards. Touchback.

            poss 2
Wichita: I formation, strength is left. The defense is in a 43 with nickel personnel and 2-deep man-to-man coverage, expecting the pass.
3-1-CLE26 (2Q: 11:57) Winston Scott pass completed to FB Duane Rau for 12 yards. Tackled by S Fredric Attaway. Rau gained 11 yards after the catch. The quarterback threw away from the double coverage. PENALTY: Wichita was called for Offensive Holding.
Wichita: Weak formation with three wide receivers, strength is right. The defense is in a 43 with nickel personnel and 4-deep zone coverage, keying aggressively on the pass. Vance is blitzing.
3-11-CLE36 (2Q: 11:47) Winston Scott pass was blocked at the line, intended for WR Gino Markel. DT J.J. Johnson blocked the pass. The quarterback threw into double coverage.
            4-11-CLE36 (2Q: 11:37) Teddy Blades punted 36 yards. Touchback.

            poss 3
Wichita: I formation with two tight ends, strength is left. The defense is in a 43 with nickel personnel and 3-deep zone coverage, keying aggressively on the pass.
1-10-WIC45 (2Q: 06:27) Winston Scott pass was intended for TE Kurtis Diep and was intercepted by CB Buddy Fountaine in the end zone. Touchback. The quarterback threw away from the double coverage.

            poss 4 we score

            poss 5 (1st of 2nd half)
Wichita: Pro formation, with the second receiver in the slot, strength is right. The defense is in a 43 with nickel personnel and weak-side man, otherwise cover-7 zone coverage, keying aggressively on the pass.
1-10-WIC31 (3Q: 14:41) James LeGrande ran a counterplay inside the right tackle for 4 yards. Tackled by ILB Sedrick Vance, assisted by S Fredric Attaway. The ball was fumbled and recovered by CLE DE Joseph Gonzalez for 35 yards and a TOUCHDOWN! Cleveland 32, Wichita 7

please double team Mullin all the time. the 2 new WR's i picked up before the trade deadline would appreciate the targets.

Sante is pretty good. i'm loving this pickup.

Don't get too carried away now. He blew chunks against Louisiana.

Thanks Vito. Good luck getting those Stallions back to form.

I really like Tom Dewit and feel he'll have a solid, if not great, career though I'm leaning towards "great".

I'm looking forward to testing the idea that you "have to" have a down year at some point. Of course I most certainly "have to" understand FOF2k7 drafting a lot better before next off-season and Suicane's display of "No OLine = No sacks & no INT's"* is really fucking with me.

*The implication here being that I need to learn something - nothing towards Sui, FOF2K7 or anything else.

well defense showed up for me today, and offense didn't screw up as bad as last week. Still a lot to improve if I want to beat the crapinals next week though

I've been watching this phenomena too and I don't have an answer for it yet. The house of cards has to come down, I would think.

I've always been a huge fan of Sante. It was very hard for me to trade him, but I understood that I need to replenish at some point in time. It makes me happy to see him have some success. His first game for Cali, he was a little rusty. That's now gone.

Jester, we are here. We lost a lot of games last year, but we haven't forgotten how to win. I could also be a beneficiary of my schedule
