Week #5 Discussion

Someone needs to figure out which SkyDog-created gameplan Suicane is running. Without looking I'm guessing that it's the Run-n-Stun/Vertical Passing one.

Mark McMurray and his roids are ruining the integrity of the game.

Last week I calculated the league's overall passer rating and it was around 89. I'm thinking it may have went over 90 this week.

My inside linebacker is tied for the league in interceptions with 4.

wow, if only we showed up to play at the start. Eventually, we came together and gave Norfolk a game, but we came out so horribly that it was going to be hard. Defensively, we were pretty stout. A fumble on my second drive was crucial and then Norfolk gets a major bounce his way when Norfolk recovers his own fumble and takes it 60 yards for a touchdown. Crazy. Remove that play and it could have been different. After that play, I knew that this wasn't going to be my game. The built in homefield advantage the game gives home teams was too much to overcome. Can't wait until our next matchup. We will be playing completely different and much better by then.

What's nice is that I'm not even trying to stop the run and we are dominating there. Was the main reason we were able to come back as much as we were in this game. I felt that if this game was a quarter longer, we would have taken it. By the end of the game, we were playing better than Norfolk, not counting the interception in the end zone late in the fourth.

yeah, but I like it when they pass it around. One of the main things i want Martinez to do is open up room for other guys, such as TE Huggins. Huggins caught a long TD pass which was nice. It just took us a quarter and a half to start doing anything. When you do that against a good opponent, you will usually lose and we lost.

Jave liked it when Martinez got 200 yard receiving in a losing effort.
