I'd be ok with that........I think, but there were 14 staff members hired from various teams. Not sure everyone would be 100% satisfied with new outcomes

I don't want to piss you off anymore than the situation already has but a "commish override" would take the fact that you have to trust another human to honestly sim files only once before publishing and multiply that to the extreme.

As stated I really hope there's a way to skate you by this hardship BUT if not it's a hard pill to swallow that you are responsible for your own export.

And I do realize it's not fun atm.

I was just looking through my roster and thinking, 'wtf is up with these player ratings?', and then I remembered that I lost my scout. I don't how the game comes up with masking when you don't have a scout, but they are noticeably different.

I think I've read somewhere that the roster-ratings are based on not only your scout, but your coaches as well.

I hired him to be my Defensive Coordinator...I am almost completely sure I set the role to DC...but I can't be 100% sure.

No way to change this is there?!

A team should be able to resign their coach when he has one year left. To add interest, the coach could say no, and then he also becomes available.
This is my least favorite thing about FoF.

i don't like that idea. You could get stuck with a shitty staff member forever.

I'd like to be able to resign my own coaches as it's how it's done in the NFL, however I'd like all MP leagues to start fairly with coaches - like auction all the coaches off before drafting players and whoever's willing to give up the highest draft pick (back to the league) for said coach wins the bidding and then has to make up for the lost draft pick(s).

I'd also like some way (and it would have to be boring to make sense so I can see why some wouldn't like it - but that's also kind of the point) to scout college coaches or some other "recruiting system" where if a GM didn't have good coaching but wanted it enough could spend the hours necessary throughout the season finding the new "hot prospect" and sign him in the off-season. Or something like that.
