2009 Draft Round 2 Discussion

I was just looking at my past fourth round picks, and they were:

DE Cajigal 20/47
RB Richardson 32/45
OLB Seau 14/55

Best available at 4.11:

DE 16/44
RB 35/44
OLB 13/48

So I guess it's comparable in the middle rounds, the draft just wasn't top heavy.

Mules would have takes Leo at 4.3, but FB/RB project Tyler was taken instead. I have no idea if Tyler can even convert to HB, but I think he can.

he should make a nice 3rd RB for us. cheap depth hopefully

I was looking at Lear or Garrett as a third RB, combines were similar but I liked Lear's bars a little bit more.

I almost traded up to get our scatback Bullock for 3rd downs. Very glad he was bypassed by you all.

I wasn't thrilled with getting him, but I needed another WR since I lost Billings to Reno and lost out on Groth. There wasn't any WR that I was going to get in the draft that did anything for me, so I picked up Harding as a #4 WR.

Ostroski, Ferrira, and Gaylor will be the top 3 WRs.

thats an expensive #4 receiever.

Yeah, I didn't want to pay that much for him, but I had to. On the flip side, he can return kicks and punts as well.
