With a no bonus, almost minimum contract I decided to take a gamble. I'm going to give Stclair a shot in the preseason, see how far he fell. I did the same thing for Jones, and he impressed so much that he ended up starting 9 games (ended up with 33 catched in only 48 targets). Also gives some flexibility in case I want to trade Mueller or Mann.

Joe Bailey started every game for me last season. The first game of the season he had 3 catches for 104 yards and a TD, then his best game of the remaining 15 was 4 catches for 57 yards. He had no more TD's. One thing he could do is return punts, but he lost 5 pts last offseason and I expect the same again.

Weird thing is, he was asking for a lot less than what people offered him to resign with me, and I didn't get a single inquiry about him when I had him on the trading block.

Suicane, that weasel, signed Kinder, whom Steve put on the block. If I had noticed he was on the block before he was released I surely would've offered a 7th for a punt returning playmaker like that.

I probably was offering him too much over 3 years though, so maybe it's a blessing in disguise.

Yea i'm not thrilled Suicane got him. I probably should have kept him a little longer to prevent him going to someone in my division.
