I didn't go with Halbert because of how important a star WR is in this league. There are not many top notch WRs in the IFL. I can see that move. We have a slew of 60+ rating QBs in the league, that's why I would wait until later to grab one.Originally posted by sovstarProbably Halbert and I'm not afraid to admit it. It comes down to me evaluating positions a little different than most guys. My team is built for a dome.Originally posted by Hammettof the top 12 -

Best value - Cox for the Mules - a lot of us thought he could easily go 2nd - I doubt Kobeck thought he'd be there at 7Originally posted by Hammettof the top 12 -

Best value?
Biggest reach - DE dunlop
I know DE's are important but when I look at the dropoff between the DE taken at 7 and the DE taken at 10 -wow...it's like the players three spots apart are in different leaguesBoston Dragons

So strategy just goes out the window hereOriginally posted by BuddaKINGIIHahaha you're probably right. I probably should of did the right thing and traded down and went after CB Dawkins or WR Walker but decided against it since I think Richardson can be much better than Hildebrand at least I hope...OK, I would've hoped he'd still be there. You've got urself a fine QB there
We tell everybody who we're going to draft?

Yeah, Dunlop may be the least valuable pick made so far according to the game, but I see him missing a skill that isn't the most important in the world for a DE and that is punishing hitting. Looks like it could even be '0' and that pretty much means his overall rating has been watered down in affect.Originally posted by HammettBest value - Cox for the Mules - a lot of us thought he could easily go 2nd - I doubt Kopeck thought he'd be there at 7Originally posted by Hammettof the top 12 -

I agree, punishing hitting is a nice skill to have if you have the rest, but if that is the only low one, I can live with that.Originally posted by sovstarYeah, Dunlop may be the least valuable pick made so far according to the game, but I see him missing a skill that isn't the most important in the world for a DE and that is punishing hitting. DE Dunlop is a stud I had him rated higher than Garnett and Cox because he's more of a sure thing.Originally posted by sovstarYeah, Dunlop may be the least valuable pick made so far according to the game, but I see him missing a skill that isn't the most important in the world for a DE and that is punishing hitting. Beaver going when he did got me like the Fire's pick because Stanley Jamison is still on the board (maybe beaver fit Fresno's system better).[Vito]Stallion

[quote="Warhammer"]makes a lot of sense...but trading down a half dozen spots would've netted the same player - of course not everyone can be on here for hours at a timeOriginally posted by sovstarI agree, punishing hitting is a nice skill to have if you have the rest, but if that is the only low one, I can live with that.Originally posted by HammettBest value - Cox for the Mules - a lot of us thought he could easily go 2nd - I doubt Kopeck thought he'd be there at 7Originally posted by Hammettof the top 12 -
