We came out and played well early on and put you guys in a pass first offense. that seemed to work well for us. Also, we won the turnover battle which also really helped.

For the record, Curtis Schneggenburger did run for 1000yds in 2016 and started only 7 games that year

A solid week all around. We shut out Lansing 27-0...and I'm wondering since I'm to lazy if we've EVER shut out another team before. I'm to lazy to check now, but I will look later. After struggling the last few weeks, Scott puts his best game together:

Might have a gem with my second round pick Torres, who has another solid outing winning Defensive Rookie of the Week snagging his 3rd pick of the year. Lansings having a rough year so I'm not jumping up and down in celebration over the win, but I am celebrating a week where I don't lose a starter to a serious injury so I'll take it.

Now we move on to our favorite time of the year. SLC week. Looks like the donkeys got buttraped by some second class backup whale who no one actually knows where the city is located. Gonna be rough with Wlson running roughshot on Sunday. This is gonna be fun!

Hey king ... you sorta of called it right from the get go. Sorry, did not really want to put the hurt on you but the team seems to be responding to everything I am asking them to do. Cavazos is finally figuring out the game plan after a couple seasons under his belt (about time) and is playing more like his predecessor, Lozier (not to mention that he has more potent weapons than Lozier could ever dream to have had.)

In any case, looks like we will see each other in a few more weeks ...

A tough division for anyone to keep one step ahead ... I think all four GMs are quality guys.

Both teams fought hard but when it got into overtime it's almost like the houston offense just shut down. happy to get the win and a bye week couldn't come at a better time haha

WTF. This season has been pretty damn annoying.

Ok...this game ticked me off. We had the right game plan...maybe just don't have the talent to pull if off. More than once we had Madison 3 and longer than 10 and see our double coverage get beat by Emerson...Not a whole lot we could even do. Their average per 3rd down conversion was 9.5 yards until running the ball to kill the clock at the end.

200 yards more offense than Little Rock. But, Solecismic decided this wasn't a game I was to win. Three turnovers, a missed field goal and eight friggin penalties ensured that. This is the loss I could not afford this year. I think we're pretty good this year, but damn it we are finding ways to lose.

thanks, but don't worry, my offense has never been started to shut down. Another depressing season in Houston, I should fire myself from GM position.
