Feds already said even if it passed, they would just pass an injunction stopping it anyway. They also said federal law trumps state law so it's a useless vote.

I think the state law would win. The only thing the Feds can do is threaten to withhold monies. Just like in the 80s when they tied Highway funds to the 21 drinking age.

But Im thinking all the revenue the legalization will bring in will outweigh the amount the Feds will hold back.
