my team=sucks this year. Two tough road games to begin the year and was hoping to win at least one of them. Didn't happen. Now have to regroup with four straight home games. A loss in one of our next four games could be disaster for us. Luckily, I didn't trade away my first rounder like I was tempted to.
Do NOT try to squeeze some experience points by having your third string, rookie, injured QB hold for Field goals. It SHOULD have cost me the game...
Im going to have to have a serious talk with my WRs.. they were essentially shut out today after having a great outing last week.
The FARVE to GIVENS comparisons are dead on: Both traded in their twilight, both capable of great plays and of weekly, maddening ones (an ill advised INT last week, and a costly fumble when he should have simply been handing off).
Lucky to get out of this one with a win...
Yeah, we played you pretty tough for being 19 point underdogs.
I thought we might pull it out, but kind of knew Gunther doesn't have it in him yet. GG and good luck going forward Chris.
GG Coder. Not quite as close as the score would indicate although I did have a punchers chance at the end. 2 Turnovers really hurt me bad but on the other hand I made some good red zone stops and even mojoed your kicker into a short miss. All in all though i got whacked around early and had to play catch up all the way which is never easy. At least it was an interesting second half.
Jave's devils were too much for the over the hill Heroes. Being -2 in TOs and an obvious late home call - robbing California of 1st ang goal at the 1 inside of 2:00 - was too much for the Schwartz
Chapman was robbed of O-PoW, robbed I say. lol
now if I can just figure a way too keep the opponent under 30 points so california has a chance
Good game in Hartford. Was a back and forth game until we kinda took over in the 4th and had a nice clock draining drive that ended with a TD.
Irby is off to another nice start this year with 7 TD's and 0 INT's while completing almost 78% of his passes. Lost RB Charles Bell for a few weeks which will hurt.
SLC comes to town playing some good ball. Were down 3 starters but we will give them hell regardless.

The defense again came up big by limiting the opposition to just a FG after allowing 14 points on the first two drives as Lansing improved to 2-0. Guthrie continues to impress with 19 carries and 7 catches for 147 yards, 3 TD's, and again NO fumbles. Should there be concern that Hamilton has looked average at best after the first two games?
I was very disappointed watching the second half of this game. We totally dominated Anchorage statistically the first half, but couldn't convert inside the 30-50 yard line. Eventually, Leslie Steiner just started chucking it for distance and our defense broke down. It got ugly at the end, for a game that should have been closer. We need another WR for Collela. Castillo has another rushing day over 100 yards, and we could not go for the jugular and knock out early.
I wish you had gone to Oakland instead of Orlando. Wow we are really off this year. Horrible start and Torres seems to have dissappeared with his bonus money.
