lol..how do you know this? I'm also going to guess you were given him a different brand of whiny bullshit when he was here?

Anyway, let's see you sell the farm to get a QB next draft. Great QB+great WR= playoffs after all. I'm looking forward to seeing it.

Of course maybe your contention is that Sante is a great QB? Then you have no excuse..because all you need is a great QB+WR right?

348/405 Maybe your problem with gameplanning is that you look at the players ratings instead of the team statistics, you whiny whiny little twat.

Yea, we need to get this thread back on track: "What are we going to do with that new owner in Dakota who seems to be tanking!" (jk)

don't you worry about sweet Hell Atlantic's draft resume. i may not win any gameplan of the year awards but if this was real life i'd be the Ron Wolf of the league, highly coveted for having a knack for finding players who 1. don't bust and 2. either realize their potential or in most cases exceed them.
... and then 3. trade them away. Norfolk appreciates finding its replacement for Hall of Fame K, David Harbour. :thnx:

thats how you build teams. in 5 years once all the old stars are all out the Heroes will be well positioned to compete, having a killer o-line
Ah..so now its a five year plan? So when in this five years can we expect our next woe is me, I'm leaving thread? I like those..

i'm not saying i have a 5 year plan dickballs. i'm competing for 1st in the division. if i was Dakota i'd be rebuilding and have a 5 year plan. just saying in 5 years from now once everyone who has their stud QBs retired or whomever else they got from the inaugural draft - that's when the new generation starts. i'll have my new o-line in place by then and then its off to the races.

i understand building teams is a concept foreign to the Portland owner, i mean, i'm sure he thinks every team he walks into has a franchise QB and playoff caliber supporting cast on it already, but for those of us in the real world who actually have to assemble our squads piece by piece we have to handpick each and every cog. that means the nice sexy players who score all those sexy points, and the not so sexy players who do the little things that allow the stars to shine. sure, a stud Guard isn't going to win a championship all by himself. but you pair that awesome Guard with a another young Guard, on the outside you got your stud tackle and put another one on the opposite end and you draft a rock in the center of it all and now all of a sudden you got your fucking nasty o-line. if the piece you need to that unbelievable o-line is sitting at #28 overall, great, you take him. if he's sitting at #6 then you take him.

or you can just join a league that has the best QB in the game with a ready made team.

Die. I would have another 3 year plan to entertain the league however my offensive line that I started to re-rebuild has turned out to be a complete and utter failure, so I have to start rebuilding the line I just finished rebuilding. Fucking nice.......

Insane to take a G at #6 when he's one of at least 4 comparable talents. Not that I'm stirring the pot or anything.

I'm like a modern day nostradamus. Didn't I predict that you the whining excuse maker, would whine and make excuses? Good for you.

since when have DEs been sexy picks btw..

In my other league I normally look back at drafts after 4 or 5 years. I'm looking forward to revisiting yours..and mine actually..im worried/excited about that cb i have to say.

Its okay. its all in fun. I know I am doing nothing wrong Ive heard from other owners that the 2 main guys accuseing me are the trolls of the league they like to start the drama. Which I dont mind. Spice up the league at my expense its all in fun. When I do what has been takeing him 5 years in 3 I will have the last laugh.
