Geez... We put up 430 yards of offense and only 1 TD because we turn the ball over on their side of the field 3 times! ARGH!

What a bullshit loss. We stop Iowa City on 3rd and goal twice only to commit an offsides and a defensive holding on each play.

Somehow they magically muster 21 plays for 144 yards on their final two possessions when they did nothing the entire game.

Frustrated, but a good game :-)

Great game, argot! A roller coaster ride until the very end. I'm lucky to come away with the victory.

I finally got my offfense to score points and now my defense is non-existent. I drop to 1-3 and just like in real life, it seems the draft talk is already starting. Guess I will get ready to watch Miami tear the Raiders a new ass now while I try to figure out why my defense sucks so bad.
GG Jave. I think after the horrible 4 INT game from Given last week that this was expected, at least from me it was. My team needed to snap out of it at some point, you were the unlucky winner (or loser in this case).

Maybe the most frustrating loss ever. We had a very good team beat and then allowed them to just run over us in the final 8 minutes. I can't gameplan defense. I've tried scheme after scheme and variation after variation but since 2 pathces ago I have no idea what how to stop anything. Slowly but surely im being lured to the dark side. If I thought the game was doing what I wanted and I still sucked i'd be fine with it, but I don't know if that's the case anymore, i'm beggining to become apaplectic to my plight on this starry night, for fear that I never ever will get anything right.

                Jave,

Even if he WAS double teamed, he'd have caught the pass and 'broken away from the defenders' for an additional 21 yards. This game is crap as far as realistic pass defense. If a real QB constantly threw into double coverage, there's a good chance it would be broken up, or tackled where the play happened if the WR DID make a great play. In this game, its almost a given that the catch will be made, and a really good chance that he somehow gains 12 more yards, somehow defying 2 defenders draped all over him.

Needless to say, Im frustrated with this games 'D' layout :-)

I think others here understand and thanks to everyone. I mean, the realistic side of me says WTF?? I shouldn't have even had to double cover Kennedy. I basically have TWO Champ Baileys so how in the worlds FUCK does a receiver catch 7 passes for 172yds and 3 scores? I don't mind losing, I realize my team is not YET very good. They are close, but I understand they are not there yet. But come on. To have the kind of cornerbacks I have and to get TORCHED for 4 touchdown passes, 3 by ONE reciever that I set to double team the entire game is totally unrealistic.

Regardless good game Cringer. Like I said, it's not the loss that bothers me at all. It's the way I lost. You guys really took it to me. Going to have to reevaluate my entire defensive gameplan.(LOL or should I even bother???)

My defense tosses a SHUTOUT. Yes you heard it here. A SHUTOUT. 20-0. My 1st shutout in the IFL.

Rookie CB Edgar Fyie earns POW with 2 picks. Gotta love that.
Rookie WR Chris Andrews 7 catches for 81 yards.
My rookies are impressive this season.

                    Damn happy with this win.

                    GG Vito.

It's been a busy day for me, but I did want to say that we stole a win on our turf today vs. Lansing. I'm happy we're playing good enough to win, though the NC east is back in full effect.

I too am getting to the point where I think...why should I gameplan...Double coverage is a joke as well as playing time. Even prevent or 7 coverage is worthless against the long pass. I love my team but am losing enthusiasm...I want to believe it wasn't always like this and have been the first to defend the game when wierd things happen...heck...the Browns beat the Giants...but something is intrinsically wrong with the game code here.

Good game Lawrence...it reminded me of the Cincy Eagles game...no one really wanted to win....but then you did.... : ) Glad Dakota is always good to end someone's losing streak.

Jave, on two of the Kennedy TDs you're blitzing two players. The game might hold double teaming when blitzing to avoid wide open players. Had you doubled Kennedy you would've had 6 players rushing, 2 defending Kennedy, and 3 defenders left for the 4 remaining eligible receivers. Maybe you have to decide between blitzing and double teaming.

I'm just throwing this out there as a possibility. I know the game has it's flaws.

FWIW - I think double teaming might open up running lanes up the middle in FOF just as in real life but it could just seem that way.

LOL this game is stupid. Borrgeo is in there when Ramsey should be running the ball. What a bunch of dumb asses. Hahahaha.

Top 5 pick is looking good right now.

Plus I would of passed all three times and went for the win but not so when jim's ai kicks in it's a joke. Borrego being in there did it for me and his butter hands. I'm ready for a migration to a more enjoyable sim too...
