Another week another loss. Just just tore a new ass by Given. I "gaven" him 4 touchdown passes. My defense couldn't stop an old lady on her walker from scoring, we can't get ANY pressure on quarterbacks this year and it appears Doyle and Boyd took the week off.
I finally got my offfense to score points and now my defense is non-existent. I drop to 1-3 and just like in real life, it seems the draft talk is already starting. Guess I will get ready to watch Miami tear the Raiders a new ass now while I try to figure out why my defense sucks so bad.

Good game Rex. We slug it out for four quarters. I'm lucky to have one that one. Our defense was top notch and Chad Harding plays another efficient game. I'm finally figuring out how to gameplan with him. Still, a turnover on a punt return nearly cost us the game. May have to change my punt returner.

And I would love to know how I set the game plan to double team Kennedy the entire game yet he catches 7 passes for 176 yards and 3 touchdowns. How can you have 2 of the best defensive backs in the entire game and he torches everyone while being double teamed? What?

Again, we know he is going to pass. Why isn't Kennedy being doubled? If I set the game to double him the whole game, what happened here?

Again, we are set to stop the pass, and once again, why isn't Kennedy being doubled?

Again, we know he is passing and we finally get the double on the wrong fucking receiver?? What? When you set the gameplan to double the best wide receiver why is Kennedy once again not being doubled.

This entire thing stems from me just not understanding how to gameplan. I know what I want to do but can't get the game to follow through on what I am trying to tell it to do. I mean, in my eyes Kennedy is their Randy Moss, so common sense tells me to double him the entire game, so I try to do that and didn't get it right, not one time. Insanity.

Jave ... on a couple of those, there may have been a double team. I think, but could be wrong, that the game does not always call a double team when it is a TD.

But, I agree ... your talent should not be providing that kind o torching. What kind of rush do you have to help out the corners?

man, i almost came back from being down 21 pts.

i know i wasn't gonna win all 16 games but i'd have preferred not to have lost to a previously winless Houston team. their QB sucks, my secondary should've been able to stop him all day. any given sunday rears it's ugly head again.

jave, this game is broken. there's a million things to set as far as gameplan goes, but in the end the AI will do what it wants. real nice, jim.

that's why i proposed if Wolverine's upcoming football sim is solid enough maybe we should migrate to that. i'm not in love with FOF anymore.
