I believe there are 2 pop scores. Pop is sorta meaningless and the pop tell often gives an indication of a players true potential. The higher the better. Search "hidden popularity" at FOFC read the 3 dizzying threads devoted to the subject, or just hit yourself in the head with a hammer for more info.

I'm signed into the utility and have uploaded my first file.

I believe you have rights as a new owner to change that but the subsequent responsibility to produce a logo/helmet, which I can help with if need be.

No one in the IFL should have a team name they don't like. I don't know of any league management rules/decisions against this.

Per Constitution

A) To move a franchise an owner must follow the in-game process. There are no exceptions to this.

B) Nicknames changes will only be made during the offseason. New owners are allowed to change nicknames after a one season probation period. League Administration reserves the right to waive this rule at their discretion. A veteran owner may make a nickname change, but these will be approved or denied on a case-by-case basis. A nickname change after relocation would be considered acceptable. All nicknames are subject to administration approval. It is the owner's responsibility to provide an acceptable logo with any nickname change, though this is something the administration can help with if given enough notice.

• 2nd Round--5 hours
• 3rd Round--3 hours
• 4th Round--3 hours
• 5th Round--2 hours
• 6th Round--1 hour
• 7th Round--1 hour
  • Note: Time limits will not reset for on-the-clock picks that are traded

The draft clock will run from 6 am central to 12 am central. From 12 am to 6 am time limits will cease to count down, however owners may still make picks if they are currently on the clock. If an owner's time limit expires, a draft moderator will make a selection for them. A "mod pick" will be made by following these instructions (in order):

1. If the owner has players loaded in their utility, select the top-ranked player
2. Select the top-ranked player (by adjusted bureau score) who fills an in-game need position

a. If all three need positions have been filled in the draft, select the top-ranked non-kicker/punter (by NON-adjusted bureau score, aka 'grade' in FOF)

I believe i got it started. it was set to stop at pick at 1.1 and i changed it to run unimpeded.
