The Vermont-Lansing finish was a little strange....But I like the outcome.

It was nice see James "Sweeeeeet" Tart carry the rock like he used today. Good game plan in forcing Tom to make his reads and bringing the blitz at just the right time. Gomez got shut down...rookie is going to need to show me something now. Gotta be able to 'bang' for us every week like my QB Tom Dewitt (who happens to keep out playing the best qb taken in last years draft...devilish smile )

Man! We put up all kinds of yardage on Madison only to have turnovers kill us. What a tough loss.

California Heroes are quickly becoming irrelevant this season. probably shoulda stuck with Ike Jordan and kept CB Callihan as my excellent nickleback. aaaargh. at least we can't lost next week during our bye. good thing is Chapman should be completely healthy next time we play.

i knew i shoulda traded up to get that WR that LAW took. i really need another bona fide receiving threat to line up opposite Mullin. this year's receiving crops is awful. i spit on the ground in disgust.

Copeland and Ellis happen to be atop any others in the IFL right now for sacks this season. Ellis is so far showing that he might be able to do what I dreamed Edmund Peacock would do in days past. Ellis' sacks make looking up at ~96 OVR Cortez on your roster a little easier.

The blocked punts (3 in total) were freaky. After the 2nd one I just wanted the game over as I feared career ending injuries or something else of the "1/1,000,000" sort.

Good luck down the stretch with a healthier Given.
3 blocked punts? I missed one, great. I was better off thinking it was only two.

And a healthy Given doesn't fix my problems IMO. Pass coverage and now blocking seem to be my big problems.
My banner is bigger and prettier and cooler then yours. I choose not to show it so your feelings do not get hurt.

I'll probably have the division clinched by the time I face you next, Second Rate.

probably? not confident enough? By then we'll have figured out our pass defense and your vulva will be mine.

Pretty hard to mathematically clinch a division after 9 games, but let's just say it will pretty much be lights out by then. Los Angeles, California, and Anchorage can all read bedtime stories to each other though - I'm fine with that.

You can have him and your 0-3 record. And my second year middle linebacker is better than yours too.

helluva game Tarcone. I thought I gameplanned a little on defense to try and stop DH, but I found myself in nickel and dime in running situations a little too often. You'd think that would help against pass right??? umm no. Matt Sanford played his ASS off today. A young QB with young WR's, and they played big today. DH got involved in the passing game today too. I wasn't really expecting to see that either. I like what you have brewing there in Tulsa, and I hope I don't have to play that team over the next few years.

On the Newark side, we were paced by our running game. Crespo started off hot, and Buzzanca picked it up as the game progressed. Dwight Burger played well as he hooked up with 5th rnd pick WR Frank Togiai. Togiai went for 7 catches, 139yds and 1TD.
Bye week comes at a nice time as we get some key players healthy.
GG Matt. That late 3rd and 1 you got and the interception to end the game were killers. That was a fun game. Lots of big plays. Your receivers tore my pass defense (if you can call it that) apart.

We had chances. My offense is built on making positive yards. If I go backwards im screwed. Not a good thing. Defense did what it could. Im excited about the potential of my offense.
Singleton continues to dominate. 146 yards on 26 carries. A 5.62 average. He had 1 TD. He als had 5 catches for 30 yards.
                            Sanford is improving.

Now we are home for 3 straight. That should be a binus.

Good game Budda, you really did a great job at shutting down my running game, and I was able to survive a few turnovers. The last drive that chewed the clock was the back-breaker though.
