Now the Vipes are an impresive 1-5 vs. Murfreesboro. Congrats again, Kobeck .... you suck

    I need some aspirin.
Yeah a couple of those penalties were drive killers. Vipers got a lot of yards but Murfreesboro seemed to be able to stop the drives. Mules left a lot of points on the field and were lucky to get a road win after failing to score on an 18 play third quarter drive (Opie RedZone INT- yuck). Mules also failed to score after getting the ball midfield 3 times ( 1 Fum Rec and 2 4th down stops)

Yeah for whatever reason the Mules have matched up well with one of the IFLs premiere teams

And Mules rookie MLB Lake must have went to a shaman or something cause he can see - Lordy! Lordy! He Can SEE!

Let me know when they face a good defense.

It's all good baby. I knew I had to put some pressure on Markel and luckily, I'd just put the finishing touches on my new 3-4 Zone Blitz scheme (developed in SP mode). I think I can say it was "somewhat effective".

It was nice see James "Sweeeeeet" Tart carry the rock like he used today. Good game plan in forcing Tom to make his reads and bringing the blitz at just the right time. Gomez got shut down...rookie is going to need to show me something now. Gotta be able to 'bang' for us every week like my QB Tom Dewitt (who happens to keep out playing the best qb taken in last years draft...devilish smile )

And I guess my CB's are not my biggest worry, seeing how two LB's gave up 9 combined receptions. Back to the drawing board with two more road games coming up.
                                Thanks Cringer!

Copeland and Ellis happen to be atop any others in the IFL right now for sacks this season. Ellis is so far showing that he might be able to do what I dreamed Edmund Peacock would do in days past. Ellis' sacks make looking up at ~96 OVR Cortez on your roster a little easier.

The blocked punts (3 in total) were freaky. After the 2nd one I just wanted the game over as I feared career ending injuries or something else of the "1/1,000,000" sort.

Good luck down the stretch with a healthier Given.
