    I got my coaching staff set for the next 5 years last year. I am extremely happy with the resigning of both my offensive and defensive coordinator's and the hiring of one of the youngest, brightest head coaches I have seen in a few years.
    Now if I could just get a GM worth a shit who had at least one fucking clue about gameplanning, this team could go places.

                Lor can suck my cock with his money grubbing ass. I made an a fair offer and he just went with the highest bidder. Last year I didn't have shit $ to spend anyway. I wanted to keep him but no cash. He was old and rumor has it gay anyway. I am glad to be rid of his ass.

                  rofl - You will never beat Jeff in the division race (anything can happen in a given game) so every year you're going to get at least 1 loss and probably 2 from POR, not to mention ALB or ANC, and be hoping the rest of the AFC let's you have one of the wild card spots. Great outlook.

                      Staff Hiring stage three. The chance cellar dwellers have of totally messing up the staff of a rival by promoting one of their assistants to head coach.

                      Sure it could be done in stage 1 or 2, but if that is your plan then waiting till stage 3 just makes it all the better.
