From a realism standpoint I agree that teams should be able to have first shot at their own staffs.

As a game it certainly forces you to make a decision. For instance you really don't want to have a staff position open and have an offer made to someone that you could at least tolerate by stage 3. Game will sign someone for you and probably not who you would want.

I'm just saying it is not all bad is all.

Why is my brand new stadium rated a 0?

I e-mailed support and this is what I got back.

A lot goes into that score, mainly economic information from the city. There's no question that a stadium with a higher rating is going to have a higher threshold for ticket prices. The AI has a good understanding of what it can charge for tickets.

So it seems that the stadium score in the franchise value screen is more about doller bills (which makes sense when I think about it now). Whether it's more about how much money it's making now OR how much money it has the potential to make I'm not quite sure.
