Vipers Press Release:

The Norfolk organization announced tonight that Coach Howie Mooberry and GM rook have mutually agreed to part company at this time.

rook explained, "Coach Mooberry had one year left on his contract and we are proud that he was the first coach to reach 100 wins in the IFL through the Viper organization. Simply stated, Howie and I both agreed that it was the best time to mutually move on. I am sure that this news is quite a shock to the football community, our fans and our players, but the process and outcome has been discussed by the coach and me in great detail for several weeks. Coach Mooberry is an icon in the Viper community and will always be a part of its rich tradition. The Coach will do just fine in this transition and so will the Vipers. It is sad to say good bye to my friend, Howie.

For our path forward, I am proud to announce a new era starting with our new head coach, Tyrell Nichols. As for Coach Mooberry, he will be making his own announcements."

Wow! Jesters wrong file stage cost him his head coach Hunter Crawford as he is now employed with the Heroes. Crawford was awarded with a 5yr/5.49m contract.

Norfolk lures St. Louis HC Tyrell Nichols away with a hefty 5yr./6.64m deal. St.Louis also loses their DC Ross Brandon to West Virginia as he takes over the head coaching duties for the Beasts.

In Demon news we re-signed OC Arnie Richardson to a 3 year contract. The coaching staff stays intact.
