The Bulldogs look to get off the snide as we host the Lansing Ogres. Interestingly the Bulldogs are 0-3 all time vs. the Ogres of Lansing. A win today would obviously help us to not yet press button. It would also help us in Jester's "race to beat all the teams".

Starting at RB, but expected to get more work, is undrafted RB Frankie Buzzanca. Buzzanca was quoted in the Star Ledger this week as saying that he will rush for 1000yds this season. Only time will tell to see if that is feasible, but regardless of the claim, the Bulldogs need to find their offense to be successful. The offense is limping this year and a steady running game will help immensely.

-The last time these 2 teams faced eachother, there was a midweek trade which sent QB Scott Nelson to Lansing for DE Julian Mangrum.

-QB Dwight Burger will face his former team, and the team that drafted him. Burger's first ever start was in the previously mentioned trade. He had a 27.4 QB Rating and the following week Ruben Sante was brought in.

-QB Scott Nelson is one of the best QB's never to amount to much in the history of the Imperial league. One of the more underrated players in this league.

-QB Scott Nelson needs 169yds passing to reach 15,000yds for his career.

I can't wait for the games, as usual. Hopefully the outcome is different than in the first few weeks.

he did give a 1 hour window. So really he has 40mins. It's a good thing that Jeff is oblivious to real life issues that could potentially cause him to not be back within his planned time.

I don't understand this game one bit. We lose because of a 57yd FG and on the ensuing drive a perfectly timed holding call preventing a first down. Wonderful!

even though we play good enough to win, we don't. I've never been 0-4 in any FOF MP league, and this is killing me.

I did forget the fumble we lost with just enough time to allow Lansing a FG at the end of the first half.

and I forgot the 22yd FG my kicker missed. I'm inventing new ways to lose every week.

Lawrence just manhandled our defense. Lara played well in his first official start - 101 Passing rating in two games played. Patterson missing time might lead to more bench time until we can figure our just who is the QB for now. We really miss Joseph Schaffer's presence in the secondary.
