I'm never embarrassed by a win. A win is a win. For all I know if you had gotten a TD or 2 my guys probably would of just thrown a 30 or 40 spot on the board.

Expected a loss as I figured Humphrey's winning ways would end with our #1 o-lineman and wr sitting out the game. But, thanks to some good field position from forcing Oakland to punt from inside thier own 10, we got our first two td's. Then with the game tied at the end, my offense is forced to punt. FB Nathan Regelado forces a fumble on the return and we get the ball at the 13 with over a minute left. Bad Oakland defensive play calling did the rest, as they go to nickel defense with 2 guys blitzing when we were on the 3 yard line. A quick short pass gets the winning td. Oakland played a lot of nickel it seems, and i thank them for that. I had no idea Humphrey and a couple of average receivers were that threatening. Good game though Jave, your offense can make some big plays.
My banner is bigger and prettier and cooler then yours. I choose not to show it so your feelings do not get hurt.

Well.....to be honest this new gameplanning scheme intimadates the hell out of me. There is way to many fucking options and what used to take a couple hours a week isn't even scratching the surface. Untill I learn what the hell I am doing I am going to continue to suck. The game so far seems to be alot more forgiving when it comes to injuries. Usually by this time I have 4-5 starters injured.
Regardless, good game Cring. I have awalys had problems with your team anyway, and with most of my team getting older now I need to start revamping some of the key positions anyway. I still hope to rebound and make the playoffs but it's not looking good.

the Heroes are not a good team. there. it's been said. we all can now move along on the season and maybe next year the hype machine will get it right.

i don't know if i should be making my own gameplan, i mean, if i was gonna be 1-3 using the AI then i could have done that myself. the only good thing about next week is there is no way we can lose.

Did you not get the game until the league upgraded? I understand the intimidation then with gameplans. Being somewhat used to it though, I love most of it now.

our 4-0 record is fools gold. we're doing it with smoke and mirrors. that being said ill take it.

Nelson really loves to stick it his old team

Well... next week there will most likely be at least one 5-0 team! Already looking forward to the matchup, as I'm completely injury-free and ready for a real test!

I know this is going to sound a bit stupid, but I feel I'm finally starting to understand the game more.. and now I'm talking about football. Before joining the IFL I was a very casual football fan since the NFL wasn't readily available on TV here.. If you had asked me then what the difference was between a MLB and an OLB I wouldn't have had a clue .

I had a clearer strategy during the latest free agency than I've had before.

Edit: Uh, I removed a bunch of text here and the ending looks kind of short now.. anyway, wanted to say that because I've learned more about football, I've started to view players much more differently.

I've also started to gameplan more around my players.. all in all, I may not have the best team in the league, and I might not deserve being 4-0, but I sure as hell deserve a playoff birth!

what does understanding FOF have to do with understanding football?

Depends on your starting knowledge.. I didn't know what the difference between a linebacker and a safety was before I got into the IFL. (also didn't know what a Fullback did, nor what a Tight End's job was)
