2010 Draft Discussion (File update thru 5.28)

The clawz not happy at all with the way the draft has unfolded. In every round a player we targeted was sniped just ahead of us. We should have been more aggressive and traded up on a few players.

Anybody have any thoughts on FB Korey Grim. I didn't interview him. Bars suck but had good combine #'s we took a chance on him. I am still trying to figure the drafting out after the last patch.

Grim should be a stud if his combine numbers are any indication. Scout also said he was very underrated. I had him on my list for 3-29.

I had him very overated .. glad you got him!

I am having a hard time with this draft. It seems that my policy of drafted the best overall player is failing misarably. It seems that even in the 4th round there are players that I would consider late 2nd early 3rd. . .it seems that everyone is reaching. I wonder if this is a result of overrated players falling, or reaching for underrated players.

Archie Shapiro has a red flag. . everyone stay away from him because of that? or did he come in underrated as well?

Votality is average, combine was awesome. . this is one of the guys that I thought would go in the 2nd. . I don't need a QB, but I couldn'tt pass him up. . his only downside is he is dumb. .. butt look at hamilton. . .and he only 13% developed. . since I have a starter, a good starter, I can wait on him. ..

He and Gardner were the two I was going to decide between at 2.31

I really wanted to get back into the 3rd/early 4th for Hutton.

Pick 5.5 QB-Desmond Clements, might be a total bust but thought I might take a chance on him at that pick.
