Ditto. It is over for us. I thought we could at least win a few, but 0-3 is a killer.

Well considering your opponents are a combined 8-1, I'd blame the schedule.

Bahhh, I lost 5 regular season games the year I went to the IFL bowl. It's a long season, it's not over yet.

Good game AQU, you put a scare into me for sure. Some key turnovers were the difference in this game.

I would also like to thank Vancouver and IWC for 'Hutton', err I mean nuttin the last two weeks. I know the Cards defensive line gave you 'Mo' trouble than you expected with Maldonado sitting. One of the their 'Wayne' strengths were also hurt with their linebackers, but they were still able to 'Mark' up wins over you guys.

I don't know how the Cards pulled off wins with those guys replacing McMurray, Maldonado, Yates, and Cuomo, but that team just won't fade. I know Norfolk is the easy choice for one of the best franchises so far in IFL, but as much as it pains me to say, Suicane is doing a hell of a job winning all the time every season despite facing a ton of injuries, especially since his QB is made out of glass.

Btw, Murf is also scary Even though he's in my division, it's hard not to pull for that team. But, as my good friend Mr. Wolf would say, 'let's not start sucking each others dicks just yet', it's still a long season to go.

Did we give up when the Germans attacked Pearl Harbor? No. You wipe yourself off and get back up mister!

Thanks for the kind words Steve. Having these last 2 games at home has helped a ton i'm sure. Even so I know I need to get a running game going, which outside of winning, was the most pleasant thing i accomplished today. But I hold no illusions, I know it's gonna be a bear with you and the Mules in the same division.

Hartford got a pretty big road win.
Surprised to see Cleveland at 2-1 right now.
I wish Jeff wasn't in the AC. Or at least I wish he didn't have Portland

Youngsters Fortune & Bell have both started very well this year.
Jose Mangum is bringing some swagger to Murfreesboros defense.
The only team I may have been more impressed with in my FOF career more than Norfolk is North Plainsfield back in their heyday at IHOF. And there, NPL only had a three year run, and NFK is looking to make it 4 years now.

That win on the road in WIC was HUGE for us. We go up against WVA next week all banged up. If we can manage that game, we'll be in good shape as we get 3 starters on our front 7 back. If we can go 3-1 with Tan out, I'll be thrilled.

Still looking at that game against WIC, we easily could have blown that game open. The only time they scored was when we turned the ball over. The defense played great, we didn't force any turnovers, but Jonathan Leong gets his first start of the year and tallies 2 sacks, Andy Rick steps up and adds another as Williams and Chrebet add another as they fill in for Bryce Tan.

The running game looked good, but we need to tweak the passing game a bit. Hickman has now thrown 2 INTs in the last two games after going 243 passes without one.
thats funny...i was thinking my defense did a nice job containing you and i had that one until the piss poor playcalling at the end allowed you to get the ball back to score...FOF decided you were winning I guess.

I'm not saying this to tickle your ass, but I think that franchise is somehow cursed. You need to put in a good 20-30 seasons with them to test this theory.

my crappy cohesion and overall horrible chemistry probably is getting in the way of what is, on paper, a rather solid team that could compete for the playoffs. i mean, if you look at the guys i have there's not a lot of weak spots. we shouldn't be losing 3 games in a row. the thing that pisses me off is we would have won this game vs the Mules had Larry Deason's 20 yard end-around not been called back due to a penalty. we would have won vs. the Mountaineers had Collela's 46 yard touchdown pass to Ruben Caffery not been called back due to a penalty. that's 2 plays that have made the difference between us being 0-3 and 2-1. so you see, i'm quite pissed at this team cuz with these 2 penalties and all the 4-th quarter comeback code losses from last season it's like i can't win in this fucking league.

still, i like what i've built. no matter what happens - my DC is gone after this season. all i ask out of my team is that if my offense can give me 21 points that should be enough for my defense to hold out for a win. this fucking AI kept putting my secondary in goddam 4 deep zone when the Mules were on 3rd down and less than 10 to go. ridiculous.

The Ortego project didn't last long as he's going under the knife tomorrow. Top FB, TE, and WR will be out against Wichita, who is favored for whatever reason.

Yes and no. We racked up 340+ yards, and your only points came off of turnovers. You guys capitalized on our mistakes, but other than those drives, you guys didn't do much. We drove downfield quite a bit, and I think we fumbled the ball somewhere near your 35. We moved the ball at will, what we didn't do on offense was put the ball in the end zone. You guys did a good job inside the 20.

For the record, after my 4th quarter record last year, no one is getting any pity from me... :?

I will take the win and gameplan for Dakota next week.

Perhaps I should have changed the offense based on my o-line problems. Not a good move on my part. My defense is not getting to the QB either, Hernandez is missed.
