Well after 1Q the score is Oakland 28, WestVa 0 ...

Note: I think Bice may be over 100 yards already.

Reposting of my note in the other thread...

Woo hoo! Alone at 8-5 in the AC!

Good game P. Luxx, it looks like it was closer than you anticipated. I thought we'd tear you up on the ground, and although we got some yards, it looks like we should have gone to the air a bit more than we did. Still, I'll gladly take any road win I can get!

We're 4-0 under Hickman this year, and he has had two straight games in which he has played great.

We have a showdown with Boston next week, if we can take this game on the road, I think we have a great shot at the final WC birth. Unfortunately, Boston on the road is going to be a tough nut to crack. I hope Jamison's and Jackson's legs are up to the task.

I gave Hamilton a 9 for playing time and the Sleek Greek is in already at the 5 minute mark in the 2nd quarter. Not pleased with that. I want the stats, baby!

For the record, Hickman's stats this year:

          Code:
Att Comp Yards Long TD INT YPA Rating
          89 52 691 58 7 0 7.76 109.34
Not bad for 3 games and one quarter of action this year. I just wish I had him all year, he's finally living up to what I expected out of him.

Oh, those little nancies. They're down 42-0 and they kick a stinkin' field goal. I'm pissed. These are my nuts. High five!

Edit: I guess someone roughed their kicker after the kick was up. Great thinking!

Albuquerque and Anchorage next week should be one hell of a match up.

The stretch run between IWC and WIC is going to be incredible.

Just got done watching St. Louis and Madison. The Cardinals' defense was very stout minus Maldonado, who got injured early in the game. Holst must've had a thousand yards receiving.

Norfolk and SLC went down to the last drive as the Stallions mounted a bit of a late 4th quarter comeback. They just ran out of time though. Norfolk did seem to be in control of the game for the majority of the time. I just love watching their offense move the ball.

Wow I can't believe I won that game. Another sloppy day for the Renegades. Hard to win when you have 4 turnovers (one on downs), and give the other team starting position in my half three times. The offense held together though, kept chipping away at the score until we had a nice comfortable lead. That is until we let the game continue by getting a penalty on 4th down, which of course continued the tying drive.

Luckily [ifl]Hugh Whiting[/ifl] (who had his first ever missed PAT that game) nailed a 52 yarder to win.

                        Close game Dakota

Now, for the big matchup. We can't play sloppy next week or we'll easily lose. It's going to be pretty simple, win or the division basically goes to St.L. Good to see Maldonado and Yates out, but we lost another player for the season this week.

                        I'm nervous already

I hate to say it, but I really hope you drop your next three games.

If it makes you feel better, I'm also hoping that Albuquerque loses at least two games.

My big game is this week, if we can beat Boston our chances for the playoffs go up exponentially. If we lose, we better hope we can beat both Reno and West Virginia.

The Clawz hit rock bottom with the team looking like they mailed this game in. We are thinking about a qb change as Alexander is really hurting the team with all the turnovers. Might try to give my rookie qb some time.

fortune goes for 139. peterson goes 13 for 14 (only one incompletion the whole game). and yet lansing only loses by 3 on a late field goal.
