Makes you wonder how many guys made exports this week though as all three of those players were on those teams' active rosters.

Edit: I forgot Warhammer was gone. Something wasn't set right for his team apparently as the computer signed a guy for him and probably goofed up everything he set.

          Anti-injury gameplan.

Or at least I hope it is.

Depth charts in the preseason are really retarded. I never know where to put the runningbacks who I actually want to get carries, nor do I know what I should put the playing time setting at. It's like Jim tried to appease the SP guys who don't mess with their depth charts. That's stupid and things are very counter-intuitive because of it.

Does anyone have any observations on how some of the depth charts are working? My depth chart at RB looked like this:

            1) Bailey (playing time 1)
            2) Foreman
            3) Jamison

Bailey got 1 carry and it wasn't even the first carry of the game (not sure that he even started). Foreman got two, both in the 2nd quarter. Jamison was the main back throughout the entire game and logged 23 carries.

              More rambling...

I just about peed my pants when my now #3 QB Parker went down with an injury early in the game. I had to keep Hamilton active as I signed Vermont's former backup (thank you Coder - I love the guy) and needed to keep the QB who I released out of the depth chart. I wasn't quite sure if Hamilton was going to be put on the field or not. Luckily he was not.

I was screwed either way, I had an open spot on the roster for McKenzie if he signed, he didn't so the computer screwed with the depth chart and signed a SLB for me.

The great thing is I get to do it all over again!

I've always been pretty confused by pre-season and playing times, but this is mine, I hope it helps...

                    1) Young (PT 3) - 6 att
                    2) Franklin - 3 att
                    3) Cortez - 6 att

So I have no idea how it works. I may crank the PT up a little to get Young more carries, not sure if it will work though because I think he does something weird with PT during the pre-season anyway

How about these performances from my second year guys against Wichita's first team:

Blackwell 13 targets, 12 receptions, 172 yards, 1 TD (game MVP)
                      Richardson 29 rushes, 139 yards, 1 TD

                      And Darrel Wilson was impressive:

                      Code:
Passing Att	Comp	Yards	Yd/Att	Long	TD	Int	Sckd

                         8 Wilson 13	12	140	10.7	49	2	0	0

Alphonso Kinnard was probably covering Blackwell most of the day.

Weird. Something has still got to be going on though. A guy with a PT setting of 1 should be getting roughly half of the plays at the least.

Well we played good D against Vermont had them back several times but our Offense was reluctant to move the ball aka Hillebrand. Godfrey looks like a good FA pick off the wire. Other than that our defense played so-so, Valencia had a good game. Luckily we had Olsen in-active no Cleeland move. Rex Shaw looks like he gained the upper hand as wr3 due to his cohesion.
