Oakland has 64 players. They need to have four forcibly released by Suicane, and Jeff needs to be whipped for his insolence.

There's no rule about being down to 60 at a certain time. :x

West Virginia and Orlando both had moves made for them. Congrats to both franchises.

Ok, look ya banjos. I want all rosters DOWN TO 60 in tommorows export. And I'll make sure the Pittsburgh trade gets processed tommorow. We are careening out of control here. Im supposed to be in charge while Cringer is on the road, and you're all making me look bad by exposing my incompetance.

You don't have to be down to 60 until your first preseason game. It's always been that way.

And everything is so very peachy and clear in the constitution.

At least they can follow directions and be under the roster limit :youarestupid:

                              B. Teams are allowed a maximum of 70 players on their rosters during the offseason. This must be cut down to 60 players by the first preseason game, at which time the 'in-game' roster limits of 60 players in the preseason and 53 players in the regular season, take over.
The roster must be down to 60 players by the first preseason game. The first preseason games were run today. The league schedule says to be down to 60 by today.

                              Yes, very clear.

Well, you can argue all you want, but the fact of the matter is that it has always been this way. You only have to cut down to 60 if you're playing a game in Week 1.
