And as far as a league rule, yes I think it was. The old rule, now changed, stated teams had to be down to 60 by the first preseason game. It didn't say the league's first game or that individual team's first game, so it is now changed.

I don't care really. The league rule was not clear, that has been pointed out and fixed. If I did things different in the past then I am sorry. Starting next season we will go with the newly rewritten rule.

I know I know, I pooped in the blue locker.. I made some stupid offers (I was actually under 60 before todays round, but some FA signings put me above 60).

I'm looking forward to my first game. Obviously it's going to be a lot of fun to see my young guys in there given an opportunity. One of the great parts about this league is the bonding you have with all of the players on your team. Looking forward to what Dwight Burger can do with Walker and Williams on the outside. Buzzanca and Controis will split carries and run behind an offensive line that will be fun to watch. Patrick Adams will finally get a chance to start a game, and hopes to be that rec TE to back up Peltier.

My defense has all young guys in the mix, and I'm looking forward to watching them develop this preseason.

Depending on what I see in the first game, I may try some wacky stuff in the final 3 games.

QB Peabody is out for 10 weeks. Given is all I have there now. This is the one I don't like at all.

California - TE Davis for 10 weeks.

Cleveland - rookie QB Walton for 3 weeks, FB Benson for 9 weeks.

Columbia - SS Tuman for 4 weeks.

Dakota - WR McCellion for 4 weeks.

Hartford - LB Cleeland out for the year, 22 weeks. Ouch.

Murfreesboro - RB Casper for 2 weeks.

Oakland - CB Boyd for 17 weeks.

Portland - LT Reynolds out for season, 30 weeks. ouch.

St. Louis - RB Fuller for 2 weeks, P McCarthy for 3 weeks.

Texas - RB Engleman for 1 week.

Vermont - CB Theriault for 4 weeks.

West Virginia - WR Gardner for 9 weeks (one of a few decent players on that team, shitty), LB Weatherspoon for 4 weeks.

Wichita - CB Kinnard out for year, 36 weeks. one more ouch.

Wow my team showed some heart playing against SLC's starters. 360 yards passing by my rookie QB's, and going against 12 penalties for 114 yards, we pull off an OT win.
