Why does Little Rock seem to be a popular pick for Imperial Bowl victor?

The big change on my team was that I traded away 3 star players, and got lucky on a late round draft pick who I don't even know if he will play or not.

Pick away though, means I have a better chance of being right on more of my picks. :P
