Kickball! That's priceless. One of my co-workers is from India and has been refering to (our kind of) football as 'footer' for a while now and it didn't connect for me at first. I also just broke my foot and ankle. So, all this time he's been saying, "How's your footer" and I'd answer with something about my foot, when he's been refering to my FOF leagues.

I wasn't too far off, but I think James Hovis was probly the best player on my team this year. Or Jason Downer.

Tim Austin will struggle a little bit this year
Jave will tell someone that they're on crack, or that they're a crackhead
Reuben Caffrey will end up the best WR of the 2005 class
Wilford Timmerman will rush for over 1500 yards
Gene Hamilton will learn another formation by 2009

Guess we'll look at this too.

I was off on a couple of things but I think for the most part I had a lot of things right. Not saying much, as I never really went out on a limb.

The "Jave" "crackhead" comment didn't really take long despite hiim bowing out

12. TE Joseph Flores plays in every game this year. (Haha, not a chance)

So I underestimated my team, that was kind of on purpose. Was wrong about Vermont.

5. Hathcock did alright, but he didn't 'breakout' like I thought by getting over 1000 yards receiving.
6. Cronin may just have been my MVP, not a bad pick by me there.

11. Na, Kennedy didn't get close.
12. Flores started 12, played in 15. That's as close as he'll ever get I am sure.

1) What was I thinking? I think I was being optimistic. It really wasn't that far-fetched, but still, 9-7 was much more realistic.

2-4) Still possible.

5) Jim Hickman had a good year as a QB. While it wasn't the breakout I predicted, our offense has been more dynamic. If we didn't turn the ball over so much (many of our turnovers have been fumbles), he might have looked better.

6) Stanley Jamison or Tony Martin get the nod here.

7) We had more than we have had in the past, but nowhere close to 3000.
