Seriously.. as far as helmet templates go.. I found these PSD-files (not sure if that's what you've been using):

If you have Photoshop, it's got different colors and stripes etc in different layers, so you just remove the layers that doesn't correspond with your layout and smack, there's your helmet without any photoshop skills at all other than placing your logo on there.

I sent a zip with all of the logos (except some of the newer ones) to both Suicane and Jester some time ago. Why they aren't sharing all of the logos is beyond me. All of those last four were included.
