I looked at some of your log, mainly to find out how you managed to get zero points out of two red zone trips. Pretty dumb that Chaplin spiked the ball on 3rd down with 53 seconds left. But that's the end of the game logic for you and it's the same for all of us.

As far as the running back thing, I have had the same ting happen many times. Dixon should get a large percentage of the carries for me, but there were games last year when McKelvey had more.

Last year at PIT, McKelvey had 19, Dixon 14.
vs. BOS, McKelvey had 11, Dixon 10.

There are several other games where McKelvey has about 5 carries less then Dixon, but it still shouldn't have been that close between the two. Dixon was not injured last year very badly that I ever remember.

It just seems to happen sometimes, I have never figured out why exactly.

Shit that is right, I cut Tardif and stuck with Harvin . .they were both fair RBs with high breakaway speed

FWIW, Beamer seemed to have a pretty inconsistent day. Quite a few rushes for losses. Maybe you could look back at your logs and find the same for Dixon??

In both those game I listed, McKelvey seemed to get he first carry on a drive more often then not. Even the first carry of the game each time, although Dixon was the starter. The first carry came on the second drive against PIT, and after several plays against BOS. I don't see how Dixon didn't play well at all, just seemed that McKelvey was favored by the coach. I also do not see any pattern with the formations.

Against Dakota last year too, Dixon had 22 carries, McKelvey 17. Dixon played well with 137 yards, but several times McKelvey had he first carry on a drive. McKelvey only had 46 yards on his 17 carries.

Maybe McKelvey's strong personality causes him to demand the ball more. :lol:

Anchorage wins 37-27! Get out to a big lead then we get cold conservative both on defense and offense. Need to work on that in the gameplan. Steiner passes like I expected he would when we got him throwing for 292 and 3 TDs, Cambpell had 100 total yards, Emerson had 8 catches for 124 yards and Yee chips in 90 rushing yds. Give it up to Albuquerque though they came back and made it a game. Campbell has a 41 yard catch to seal the victory. Big game next week vs. Reno and Steiner's old team. 8)

Good game Newark. I wish it was French Football or something where you only play 3 quarters. I tried to stop the run but it didnt matter. Crespo and Blain were carving me up. I think part of the problem is Ho. I am used to grinding out the clock with 3 ypc and Ho comes in and gets 5.5. I am going to have to talk to that boy.
