    That's right, I'm starting it.
Week 1 is always a weird week. It's hard to grasp what your opponent has up his sleeve because you have no current history. Week 1 is a good time to catch opponents off guard!

That said, I'm not sure how ORL is going to play in our game. I've got the run %'s high thinking that "smacka" Ho is going to "Flynn" us. I'm so excited, I've got to go pee

Yeah good call Matt. I dont see Orlando changing there gameplan from the previous season. Ho is just Flynn this year.

I really don't know what Lansing has planned. I guess a warm cup of Webb and a shut the hell up. We'll see how this plays out.

Webb was having a great season, before the injury. Needless to say, he's likely to pick up where he left off. LAN looks to have the goods this year. Barring injuries, that division could get a little messy.

just try not to lose your first 6 games this year

Nice to start off with a win. What a great game Lansing. Madison was down 16-3 going into the 4th. Irby threw some big passes and eventually we took the lead on this play:

Offense: Single-Back Formation, Normal, Strength = Left.
Defense: 43 Alignment, Nickel Personnel, Man-to-Man (Loose), Pass - Aggressive. Blitzing: 93 Edwards.
4-24-LAN24 (00:54) MAD 11 Irby pass completed to 84 Wells for 24 yards and a touchdown!
The quarterback threw away from the double coverage.
Conversion Attempt: MAD 11 Irby pass completed to 89 Smith.

Talk about clutch. Fourth down and goal from the 24, the game in the balance with :54 seconds left. He hits Wells for the TD. The Demons go up 25-22 at this point.

Penalties killed us this game and low and behold we have one as time is about to expire. Puts Lansing in FG range and off to OT we go.

Rusty Ramos takes the opening kickoff in OT and motors 85 yards for the game winner. Nice to see a guy already paying divedends.

Hell of a game Houston. You've got some big time talent on that team and your guys really played well.

What can I say, It was the exact sort of game I like to play, I just couldn't get the offensive conversions when I needed them. I should of passed more, but aint nothin i can do about that now.

I have a feeling this is gonna be a really fun division this year.

Im a little bummed, but i know i can tweak things so it aint that bad.

Good game ORL. Must've been a little homefield advantage.

I was very concerned in the first half. ORL was moving the ball at will on our defense. Penalites killed them during the those drives. ORL could've been up more. Offensively we started very slow. Things started to get rolling with the running game, as the game progressed.
My aquisition of RB Colin Blain paid dividends in week one.
Crespo goes for 132yds on 24 carries with 2 TDs
Blain chips in for 61yds on 9 carries and a TD

So far so good. One monkey off my back.

Great game Sir.... WOW that was an awesome game... 20-19... Can it get any better?

Gotta love FS Dukes. INT late in the game to seal the victory. I ran more then I wanted. May have to change that up alittle. But over all not bad...

Yea, that was a great game. I can't believe some of my coaching decisions however. Passing like 6 straight times late in the game with the lead? Then Timmerman running OOB under 2 minutes, he should be fined for that one.

I can't believe how badly Maldanado punished my LT, looks like the rookie will get his first start at LT next week. I'm also sad my prized rookie kicker missed 2 easy FGs, but overall it was a good game.

Next up I get the fun part of trying to stop Crespo.. yikes.
