    GG Boots,

A lot of offense in this one, and not so much defense. Looking forward (kinda) to the rematch

      GG Southpaw

San Antonio comes into McAllen and get away with the Win. We ran the ball ok and had some growing pains with the turnovers. Overall we looked pretty decent, more then I thought we would.

      GL till San Antonio

Low scoring affair, and pitching a shutout is hard to come by , we got lucky

GG B, as you say, a lot of yards from both teams and not a lot of defense which caught up with CAL in the 4th Q.

Just trying out a few ideas this year, and pretty green in the trenches on both sides, so not expecting to really compete for the division right now. Overall moderately pleased with the game

gg -- offensive offense --- we might not get more than 30 first downs all year

So excited we finally beat Boston! GG JJ! Well, actually, a super ugly game. Part way through the game I presumed it was raining pretty hard. Then certainly had to be tornado conditions as there were 9 dropped passes and both QBs completed under 50% of their passes. Luckily our defense came through for us with a pick 6, a fumble recovery for a TD, and an interception at our own 1. Our offense is garbage. I had interest in a trade for my RT in the offseason that I killed. He gave up 4 sacks and had a penalty nullifying an early 25-yard TD pass. This is going to be a long season again, but at least we beat Boston!
