A great front page story about my boy Bradford, but I just wanted to point out that his performance in that game did one more thing: put the Firebirds on top of the league in yards per carry. That excites me almost as much as the win giving us officially our best season ever.

And now a game against Madison, in the same situation as us battling for the last playoff spot, hmm.....

Good game Cydney, I would like to point out that my ball control plan was very successful. ToP was over 40 minutes. . yet Beamer once again struggled with a measly 2.2 ypc. I have to sort the ypc out before the playoffs, or I will be in serious trouble

I say Beamer and StL's McMurray need to end up on the same team next year, just to see what happens.

Although instead of Beamer, we could also use HOU's Wilford Timmerman.

Either way you have one very talented QB, and one very talented RB, who for some reason have never produced llike you think they would.

We have serious problems in the secondary, O Line and we need youth at the RB spot. At least we have a lot of money to play with next year. It ain't over yet.

What do you do if Old Man Flynn comes back for more pounding up the middle?

That is a good question. Loyalty to the man or go with youth. It will all be up to free agency more then likely. If he stays and there are some quality options at O line I may invest in that. If we don't make the playoffs then I think we need to start upgrading in several areas. Our D has been run over way too much. Only 2 more games and we will find out.

Well we have been playing well lately since we've been running the ball too bad it took me all year to figure we couldn't pass the ball.

Anchorage beats Albuquerque, 28-17. Damn Richardson goes out right when he's getting going. I think he'll be fine once he goes through training camp with us. They get a late TD to make it interesting but strangely they only go for a pat as we then drive down the field to kick a FG. Campbell had a decent game still Yee is playing too much. He needs to play the whole game since he has a chance to break 50-yarders any play.

WR Zumwalt has disappeared from the offense for some reason. I'd be willing to trade him pm me if your interested in him as a #1 wr. Also Hildebrand is available if you think that will ressurrect his career. Adios.
