Seriously. I agree that sorting 32 and then getting them into the utility would be a pain. Could divide it into 1-10 get a 1 hour window. 11-20 get an hour. Then 21-32 get an hour. Whole 7th round takes 3-4 hours.

I think you are going to find that once the later rounds roll around, things will be going a lot quicker. That's the way it was in my other league, anyway.

I'm sure things will be tweaked, and BTW the draft utility is sweet, but dropping round 2 too 2 hours would speed things up a tad anyhow. Might also want to make round 7 Utility list only instead of timed. Just my thoughts.

I disagree, I think we need a little extra time with the second round because this is the last impact player most teams can count on. Unlike the 1st round where you can be pretty sure you will have your pick of 4-5 players, by the time your 2nd rounder comes up, it is more of a crapshoot.

And for the last few rounds, I think we at least need a little time for those of us at work. It's conceivable that the 6th and 7th round goes faster, and that means that I would have to have nearly 64 people on my preference list.

I must say, as frustrated as I am at times that some times the draft comes to a halt, over all this is the best draft I have EVER been a part of. What this draft has offered is the chance to move around the board which rarely happens in live drafts, and most people have been available. I'm very honored to have stepped into something good when I joined this league.

Yup, I can probably repeat that. I just have to remind myself that off-season is about a month long no matter what so there is no need to be impatient I had to remind myself that a lot yesterday when we had a 6 hour period with 2 picks lol.

Like one GM just put it, we're in the lightning rounds now. I will follow the procedures that Cringer outlined for me and the other mods. Now is the time to set up your lists if you can't check in every couple of hours.
