  • Little Rock Trade Block

    Hey guys,

Remodelling has begun in Little Rock and while there are some guys that will be cut in the near future I have a few vets that I reckon have some modest value:
MLB Peter Jacobs (7th year) 94 Run Def! - 5th rounder
SS Cameron Figures (3rd year) Currently 50 Run Def and 75 Play Diagnosis with room to improve - 5th rounder
LG Harry Houston (4th year) Cheap young back-up - 7th rounder
LCB Bert Levine (8th year) Mentor and probably better as a FS - 7th Rounder

Slightly more expensive because he's not only cheap this year ($2.82M) but he's good enough to be a #2 on many teams and even start for some:
RB Jeff Meyer (7th year) - 4th rounder

PM me if you're interested in any of the above and let's trade!

    Cheers

    Artie

I might be the only one, but unless a guy has star potential, I tend to look to the draft before picking up guys like this. Besides, many of these become cap casualties that owners release anyway, so I'm not going to give up any draft picks for them. However, after the draft and late Free Agency, if I haven't got what I want, I come back to trade blocks like this and see if there is anything that fits my needs better than what I got. But that's just me.

          Hey Argot,

Generally I'm of the same opinion as you on this. I've already made my main cuts to the roster though and these guys aren't likely to be cut unless I get a better player in the Draft or FA. Happy to chat with you (or anyone else for that matter) post draft or even during the draft though as things play out.

          Cheers
