my scout has his rated "as scouted". both of the top 2 QBs in this draft only know 9 formations. i have yet to use 3 of formations known as a factor in evaluating QBs. after one TC, maybe 2, he should get that number up to 11 or so. he's got a looong career ahead of him. his first job is to not bust. once we get over that hump then his next job will be to learn as much as possible. Oakland' Donovan was like 10% developed when they drafted him. Schwartz is 43% developed. i like that.
