      I don't know what kind of impact he will bring here but I've thought about trading for this guy for a couple of seasons now. One year OAK had no owner so I couldn't even try to get him. He may not add much to the 'D' but for a late 2nd rounder its worth the try to me.

        That's a great number of sacks for a NT.

        Looking at your squad though... post-trade you have 4 DLs and 4 LBs... I think going 4-3, except when you play me , is the way to go. When the IFL started I was pissed that my 1st OVR selection at DT, Edmund Peacock, didn't get many sacks... but as time went on I realized he brought out more production from my DEs. I'd be surprised if Wheeler didn't "improve" with Wingfield at DT.

        If I knew his contract situation I'd have given a late 2nd rounder.

          If he brings out more in Wayne and Wheeler that would be great. I need some CB's in the worse way. I should have got into the Patton sweepstakes.

            1.14 is a tough price to beat. There should never have been a Patton sweepstakes. CBs are fairly straightforward according to FOF, which has been correct as far as I can tell.

            Patton was the strangest "sleeper" in recent memory and happened to come at the same time as my Greatest-Urge-In-History for a Kicker. Still not sure I made a mistake, but it reminds me of the "Propane" vs. Darren Wallace decision I made many years ago. The times you wish you could have, and afford, back-to-back picks.

              Wallace is a beast but so is Propane, you made the right choice.
