I believe we now have 4 1st rounders in this draft, 2 of which are in the top 15. We should be major players in this draft. Keeping my fingers crossed that this isn't a weak draft class.

lets get one thing straight. i don't get worked up. if we're gonna do this (ie, have a MP league), then might as well discuss trades and debate things. otherwise there really isn't anything to do here since this is a very slow paced league. there's a reason why you don't see any chitter chatter in my trades - it's cuz they're always fair deals where no one gets raped. i just think it's crazy the amount of 1st round picks that are traded in this league. simply silly. i have Suicane's first round pick in 2015, and in 2014 he decides its time to start rebuilding. he's basically giving me a guaranteed top 10 pick next year.

lol. Every year I tried to grab the golden ring, I didn't care what it cost me in the future. I was fully aware that at some point it was all gonna have to end, and when 4 of your teams best players retire, well that's when you do it.

If I had won the title 2 seasons ago it would of all been worth it to me. But I didn't win and now im in for at least 3 seasons of suck, but i'll deal with it and slowly rebuild.

Your static idea of every team looking out for it's future is one way to look at, but there are alot of other ones too.

What's weird is how many sellers there are in MP leagues in general, compared to the NFL. Well, I guess it's not that weird since it's just a game. We don't have to worry about crazy high pick demands, or fan reaction when we make unpopular trades. Plus, early busts and late booms don't happen nearly as much, and when they do there seems to be little rhyme or reason to it.

HA did not value draft picks very much. Constant churning of the roster kept the team from winning up to its talent. At least I am hoping that was it - lol
